Just a fine choice for a weekend getaway in Charlotte with excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family, which we appreciated. Make sure to verify parking fees upon arrival to avoid surprises.

Beautiful hip new hotel with great value, we had the best stay. The staff was courteous, polite, and everything was wonderful.

Everything was great, awesome location right across from the spectrum center where the concert was, the staff were exceptional! I liked cereals, eggs, toast, fruit and muffins for continental breakfast, overall the food was tasty.

The location is superb, right across from the Spectrum Center. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and a clean layout. Service could use improvement, as some staff interactions were not as cute as expected. A mixed bag, but worth a visit if you prioritize location and comfort.

The location was perfect, to many great restaurant options in downtown Charlotte. Moreover, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from St Paul's Church. Nicely furnished room with TV and a super comfortable bed, ideal for what we needed.

Family vacation with great service

The staff was very nice, especially a girl at the front desk who helped us when we had an issue. She was calm and gave clear instructions when I was frustrated about parking. It made all the difference. Even the valet team was professional during my stressful moment with my car keys. I remembered they kept reassuring me, which relieved my anxiety.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but I guess you pay for the experience.
